In accordance with Spain’s Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (15/1999, December 13), this statement explains that the personal data that we collect through this website is stored in data files belonging to TRELEC BTC, S.L. (henceforth Trelec), whose office is registered in Sondika under company registration number (C.I.F.) B95307997 and in the Registry of Companies of Vizcaya, Volume 4423, within the General Companies section of said Registry, in folio 91, page BI-39634, entry 1, effected in Bilbao on May 18, 2004. The personal data files have been duly registered in the General Registry for the Protection of Personal Data and are handled in accordance with the security measures established in Royal Decree 994/1999 of June 11.

Data handling

The user guarantees that the personal data provided to Trelec are true and correct, and the user is responsible for notifying Trelec of any changes to their personal data.

Trelec takes security and protecting the confidentiality of the data provided by our clients very seriously. For that reason, we guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data they provide us with. The personal data that is collected will be used to facilitate the processing of queries and contact information and to send users information about products and services that may be of interest.

Intended use and disclosure of personal data

Personal data are handled for the purposes of managing, administering and providing users with the services that Trelec offers. Users also authorize Trelec to disclose their personal data to other companies/entities that have collaboration agreements with Trelec for the same commercial uses.
